Dr. Trevor was born and raised in Carnation, Washington, where his early years were defined by a deep passion for hockey. His dedication to the sport took him across the country, from playing with teams in Wyoming and Upstate New York to competing at the collegiate level for Eastern Washington University. During his undergraduate studies, he developed a close friendship with Dr. Paul, with whom he shared a strong commitment to helping others. After finding significant relief from chronic low back pain through chiropractic treatment, Dr. Trevor was inspired to pursue a degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
At Palmer, where he graduated cum laude in February 2022, Dr. Trevor expanded his expertise through the Veteran Affairs fellowship program at a VA hospital in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In Alabama, he refined his skills in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT), also known as the McKenzie Method, an evidence-based approach that he continues to incorporate into his practice.
Dr. Trevor’s post-graduate studies are focused on advancing his knowledge in MDT and functional neurology. He is committed to addressing the root causes of musculoskeletal issues and equipping patients with practical strategies for improving their daily lives through mobility exercises and preventive self-management. His approach is centered on empowering patients to take control of their health, combining advanced techniques with personalized care. Dr. Trevor’s goal is to not only alleviate pain but also to educate and inspire patients to achieve long-term results and resilience.
